What time of the day can events be held?
Event hours are flexible and vary based on the type of event, day of the week, and building operations. Most events can be accommodated from early morning through late evening. Please contact us to discuss your specific timing needs.
Do you offer catering?
Skyline does not currently offer in-house catering, but we welcome outside caterers and can provide recommendations for trusted local catering partners based on your event type and budget.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary based on the size and scope of the event and will be outlined in each event agreement. Please contact us for details regarding deposits, rescheduling, and cancellation timelines.
What is the capacity of the rooms?
Room capacities vary depending on layout and event style. Skyline can accommodate everything from small meetings and trainings to large receptions and conferences of 250+ guests. Contact us for specific room capacities and setup options based on your event needs.
Can we have a band at our event?
Yes. Skyline can accommodate live music, DJs, and other entertainment depending on the event setup and space requirements. Please contact us to discuss production, sound, and timing details for your event.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. Skyline and 400 West Capitol are ADA accessible, including elevator access, restrooms, and accessible entry points throughout the event spaces.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. Parking is available in the attached parking garage as well as nearby downtown parking options. Specific parking instructions and rates can be provided based on your event needs.
What is the liquor policy at the venue?
Alcohol service is permitted through approved licensed bartenders or catering providers. Skyline does not currently provide in-house alcohol service. All alcohol service must comply with Arkansas laws and venue guidelines.
